Hello, I’m Fiona.

I’m an aromatherapist and massage therapist based in Matlock, Derbyshire, with a particular interest in how therapeutic massage, essential oils and taking time to slow down can support our overall wellbeing.

My approach is personal and unhurried. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all treatment, so every session begins with you. How you’re feeling, what your body needs and what you would like from your treatment. I then tailor your massage and select essential oils specifically for you.

Above all, I want my treatment room to be somewhere you can step away from everyday life for a while, feel looked after, and simply have time for yourself.
